I have to conduct five back-to-back interviews next week.. on a single day. Wish me luck. I may lose my sanity.

I’m about 1/3 of the way through Silent Hill 2 for PS5. It is fantastic and true to the original thus far. I’ll probably finish it up this weekend.

Ordered gifts for some good friends of mine and they finally came in today. Five pairs, it wasn’t cheap!

I’ve noticed more and more that the “unsubscribe” links in emails just don’t work. Even when they do work, it is temporary, and after some years I start getting emails again. Email aliases that you can simply turn off is the only way forward.

Although iPhone mirroring is a cool feature, I do worry that this will be used as yet another justification to ignore the Mac. Electron apps have taken over, and so many good app developers completely ignore macOS entirely. I get that it is extra work, but that work is what it takes to be great.

The Yankees are clearly a better team overall, I am sad to say, but I still have hope the Royals can turn this around.

Watching the Royals play in the post-season at home feels so good.
