Another trip to “The Melting Pot” in Kansas City. I didn’t expect a firework to be delivered with the dessert. A bit strange… but it did look cool.

A fondue pot full of melted chocolate. A raspberry cake is in the middle of the chocolate, and a small firework fountain mounted on top of the cake is shooting out sparks.

Need to get my ass out of the house this weekend.

Trump pushes out constant lies, Biden can barely talk and sounds like he is half dead. What an awesome country we have.

I’m almost to the end of volume 2 of Leon Trotsky’s “History of the Russian Revolution.” Many interesting parallels between the 1917 provisional government’s liberals and those that we have today in the USA. Not a good thing.

I cannot describe how great it is to have your exercise done, coffee made, and breakfast out of the way before 7 A.M.

The setup evolution, now with trackball.

My desk in the raised standing position. In the middle is a large LG UltraFine display. To the left is a docked MacBook Pro on a vertical stand with the lid open. On the right is a closed work-supplied MacBook Pro. The keyboard and trackball are visible in the middle of the desk.

I get to see these little guys on my early morning walks. Another benefit of getting up early. I believe these are Eastern Cottontail rabbits.

Two rabbits enjoying the grass in the morning sunlight. The rabbits themselves are a bit blurry in the photo as they were moving quickly.A rather large rabbit blending in with some bushes near a house.

Spare bronze rim ordered for the Type S. Should be delivered in a few weeks.

Had fun at the Kansas City Zoo yesterday. It seems to get better every time I go.

An step-down aquarium pit at the Kansas City Zoo. It is a small room with a wall that is solid glass which curves up into a solid glass ceiling. Many fish and and sharks can be seen on the other side.
