I hate to be a downer today, but it feels like the workplace I once knew is collapsing around me while the work piles on. Maybe it’s time for a new start.
Month: February 2024
I just received an Amber alert for a missing child on my phone. I tapped the link in the push notification and it took me to the Missouri Highway Patrol Twitter page, which I was not allowed to view because I do not have an account.
This is a photo that I took in August of 2012. It was the first day of sophomore year at UCM. I had $200 in my bank account and I was happy.
It was a very fulfilling Sunday. I got a nice walk in, hand-washed the Type S, and enjoyed the 70Β°F weather. Being able to open all of the windows throughout the house was a plus.
I have to explain to guests that visit that my guinea pigs squeak not because they are starving, but because they are good at politics and collectively bargaining for excess vegetables.
I ended up cancelling my pledge to the Tapestry project, so if anyone wants to snag the last Silver pledge position now is the time to do so! It was clear that they had no interest in pursuing a macOS app, and I do not want to donate money to an app that is stuck in an iOS silo.
My father took many photos of Japan while he was in the military. Iβm unsure as to when these were taken, but it was likely in the mid-to-late 1960s. All photos are black and white.
Dog-sitting this little weirdo today.
It is forecasted to be 75Β°F on Monday. Simply insane for February. I’ll try to take advantage of this weather though. I need a break from Winter.
Here is a throwback to a guinea pig I had years ago. He lived to be seven and his name was Stux! I miss that ol’ boy.
